With a background spanning enterprise software delivery, engineering leadership, and strategic advisory, he has spent his career helping organisations build systems that last. His focus is on context engineering — the discipline of making AI tools deeply aware of a specific system, domain, and team, so that every interaction produces output worth using.

Vadood brings deep technical architecture experience across AI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems. As CTO, he leads SagePeak's technical direction — from AI reference architecture design and MLOps implementation to the engineering practices that underpin every client engagement. He has a particular expertise in building systems that are not just technically correct, but operationally sustainable and observable in production.

Vivek serves as Chief of Staff at SagePeak, operating at the intersection of strategy, programme delivery, and client success. He ensures that SagePeak's engagements run with precision — from scoping and resourcing through to delivery and handover. With deep experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder technology programmes, he keeps the organisation aligned and clients informed at every stage. His focus is on turning strategic intent into outcomes that stick.

Rish shapes how clients and users experience AI — from the design of human-in-the-loop workflows to the product thinking behind how AI systems present themselves to the people who depend on them. With a background in product design and digital experience, he brings human-centred thinking to every layer of the AI stack. His focus is on the interfaces, interactions, and trust mechanisms that make AI adoption stick.
